Run, Deads, KTE's

Run-1/4 mile
Deads-21/15/9  CF-BW SM-3/4 BW
KTE's- CF-TTB 21/15/9


There will be four rounds of running, if needed sub 500 M row or 3/4 mile bike ride. Start and end with the run, after the first run complete 21 deads and 21 KTE's then followed by another run and then 15 of each and then run and then 9 of each, finishing it with a run. CF will do toes to bar instead of knees to elbows and full body weight deads. SM will do 3/4 body weight and knees to elbows. Post time and if any scale/mods.
