KB, Sit-up, Jump Rope

For time:

In chipper fashion complete.

50/40/30/20/10 -Kb swings (CF 20/16 kg) (SM 16/12 kg)
50/40/30/20/10 -Sit-ups

Then after you complete your kb sings and sit-ups, without rest complete 500 single under jump ropes or 150 double under jump ropes.

Time starts and does not stop until you are done with the jump ropes. Record time and if any sale/mod.
