First for time: Grace one of the "Girls".

30- Clean and Jerks for time    CF 60/40 kg SM 40/30 kg

Cleans are not squat clean, only squat as needed


Then second:

For time

Run 1 mile.


Record time for Grace and your run time. Post your weight used and if any scale/mods.
