  1. Jen B - someone was on mental steroids when they determined the weight for the Cleans and then to ADD PULLUPS to the workout!!!

    SM - 35kg, assisted dips w/ purple band, kipping pullups 19:50 (I think)

  2. Bre - SM: 25kg, band assisted ring dips with purple band and pull-ups with the green band...I also jumped a little on the pull-ups. :)
