Warmup: Lunge Lap, bodyweight only and 3 sets of 5 dips.

Main Course WOD: Not for time, 5 rounds of:

10 Deadlifts
10 Dips

Post your last 10 Deadlifts weight and compare to Jan 12 and Feb 16

Dessert:10 reps L sit pullups with slow count lowering - jumping into position ok.
