Warmup: PVC Pipe warmup first. Practice "Good Mornings" with empty bar - 20 reps.

Deadlifts: 7/7/5/5/3/3/1

Post 1RM. Compare to March 4.

Dessert: 70 yds lunge, men use 45# plate, women use 35# plate.
