Deadlifts, just deadlifts: 10.11.29

Warmup: General treadmill/bike/rower warmup first. Full PVC Pipe warmup follows.

Practice "Good Mornings" with empty bar - 20 reps.

Deadlifts: 7/7/5/5/3/3/1

Post 1RM. Compare to Oct 7.

Dessert:
Treadmill sprint: 5 rounds of 1 min sprint with 1 min rest separating rounds.
