Not for time:

Front Squat with 50% bodyweight for 20/16/12/8/4, then work to discover your 1 RM (max load)
Pushups 40/32/24/16/8

Post 1RM on Front Squat, compare to 10/12.

Dessert: Static pullup bar hang - post person with longest hang time.
