Altered the workout a bit, superset triple reps of Italian twists with 30 lb dumbbell between deadlift sets (21/21/15/15/9/9/3). Lifted the DB to eye level moving side to side. No dessert.
Single rep deadlift was 298 lbs (bumper plates here are combo of kg & lbs).
John- Great on the core, lifting the dumbbell a little higher good idea! We did 2x2 min sit-ups day before, so decided to hit that CP pathway a little more with some sprints.
Bre- Nice job! Thats leaves you in the top % for the bootcamp group! Not Many people got over 5 rounds. So lets see, next workout? DB clean and thrusts! play with the weight and feel it out but push yourself don't forget the burpees:) .

P.S. The fitness center has treadmills, elipticals, dumbells, benchs, some weight machines, and the world's smallest medicine balls.
