5. Italian Toss: Same weight as KB
6. Weighted Jumping Jacks: 5-15#
7. Box Jumps: 20" (sub step ups)
8. KTE
9. KB Clean: KB weight
10. Deadlifts: CF- 100% BW/SM-50% BW
Score: Add together the max reps from the 10 exercises for a total score.
Dessert: 1/2 mile run
