    I've begun my 2 weeks of business trips...How about an ass-kicking hotel workout for tomorrow? I haven't been to the 'fitness room' yet, but I'm sure equipment is minimal. Gimme the best you've got, Jarrod! ;)

  3. Ben- I saw that you warmed up but maybe lets warm-up a little more. What did you pull?

    Bre- Do the Following in 20 minutes. First run 1 mile then after with the remainder of the time do as many rounds as possible of 5 burpees 10 sit-ups 15 squats. So if you run the mile in 10 min you have ten more min to get (amrap). Have fun
