ReplyDeleteBen- I saw that you warmed up but maybe lets warm-up a little more. What did you pull?
ReplyDeleteBre- Do the Following in 20 minutes. First run 1 mile then after with the remainder of the time do as many rounds as possible of 5 burpees 10 sit-ups 15 squats. So if you run the mile in 10 min you have ten more min to get (amrap). Have fun
