2. Toes to Bar (SM-KTE's)
Weight: Men = 40KG, Women = 25KG (SM-Scale weight as needed)
CF: add 21/15/9 pull-ups to the mix
Dessert: Heartbreak Hill
Post weight, time and mods/scaling.
