1. Back Squats: 10,9,8,7,6......1
2. Pushups: 20,18,16,14,12....2
3. KB Swings: 10 sets of 5 reps (20kg men, 16kg women)

Post last Squat weight.

Dessert- 2 rounds of 2 min sit-ups challenge.
