5K Run for Time.

Post time and compare to 11.23.

Dessert: Quad stretch - Kneeling on one knee with lower leg on the wall, get as upright as you can. Hold each stretch for at least a full minute.

  2. Honestly, the time that most impresses me here is Starla's. All of you are to be credited for improvements, embracing physical and psychological suffering, even just plain showing up. Way to go, crew.

    But, Starla, way to hang tough, lady! You and I have a shared disdain for running over 20 minutes, so your perseverance is impressive. Nicely done, stay the course!
