Dessert - Plank hold for total of 6 minutes, regardless of number of sets.
Post your time, category and any mods/scaling. Compare to 1/5 or 12/9 or 9/14. Also post number of sets it took you to get to 6 mins of plank hold time total.

I don't think you have it listed correct above cuz on the board it said CF: 24kg for guys & 20 kg for gals...
JT - 14.16 SM, 6 rounds of planks - feedback is that it was very tough to get those, we'll be programming in more planks in the future.
