4 Way MetCon - 11.02.02

For time, the following four exercises in 3 rounds:

42/30/18 of KB swings - Men 16Kg, Women 12Kg (CF = 20K/16K)
42/30/18 of DB Push Press - 1/5 BW (CF 1/3 BW)
3/2/1 Laps of Farmer Carries with Push Press DBs on shoulders
Single BW Lunge Lap (CF carry Push Press DB's)

Post time. Compare to 12/30.

  5. John Dyer - a 40Kg kettlebell is a dang heavy weight. I suspect you meant 20Kg, which is also alot of weight. Way to grab the gusto. Same for you as well, Jen.

    Careful, you'll wind up with a firm grip on functional competence!

  7. haha...well even with the screw-ups, still heavy weight... if you convert to pounds, even 20kg is like 44 lbs (right?)!! Great job guys!
