ReplyDeleteJohn Dyer - a 40Kg kettlebell is a dang heavy weight. I suspect you meant 20Kg, which is also alot of weight. Way to grab the gusto. Same for you as well, Jen.

Whoops, I can see I made the same mistake John did. I used a 20 kg kettlebell.
ReplyDeletehaha...well even with the screw-ups, still heavy weight... if you convert to pounds, even 20kg is like 44 lbs (right?)!! Great job guys!
