Women: 40Kgs

S&M:
First and foremost, concentrate on perfecting your form with 60 C&J's with empty bar (not for time), making sure your movements are full range and proper form. If you can do that, then
Men: empty bar to 40Kgs
Women: empty bar to 25Kgs
