Dual Stages


1. Run 1 mile, or 3 mile bike, or 2K row for time

10 min break

2. Fran, Euro style with kilogram weights, 21/15/9 of
Thrusters - men with 45k, women with 30 K
Pullups

Post time and mods/scaling for both and compare to Jan 11 time.
