Dessert after the main course (untimed):
100 Tossing Italian Twists, 20# DB for men, 15# DB for women.

ReplyDelete20:35, stupid me did half mile during 1st round, and then did a 5th round of burpees and KB swings...Marines go the extra mile...we don't get to sit in a plane and fly around :)
ReplyDeleteeveryone did well. A little extra drive and you will adapt and overcome. you might surprise yourself." Exceed comfort Zone" just dont hurt yourself.lol Do no further harm right! haha
