1/2 mile run (sub 1K row or 1.5 mile bike)
20 DB front squats - 20% BW
20 pushups
20 seated DB tosses (formerly known as tossing Italian twists).

Post yer time.

Dessert - Spiderman crawl - double length of the new platform area.
