For time:
Every minute on the minute, do 3 pullups, then
Thrusters using dumbbells with 1/3 bodyweight total (ex 180# person uses two 30# DBs)
Continue until you have completed 100 thrusters, but start every subsequent minute with 3 pullups.
Record time.
