For Time:

1/8 mile run
15 Jumping lunges

1/8 mile run
15 CM Jumps

1/8 mile run
20 yard Frog leaps

1/8 mile run
1- lap lunge

-> Repeat again for a total of 2 rounds

Note: Substitute 250 Meter row for run.
