Clean Pushy Pully


For time:

Hang Power Cleans with half body weight: 21/15/9/15/21
15 Pushups
10 Pullups (Scale Sub: 20 reps if jumping or machine assisted pullups)

Post your time and any mods/scaling.

    1/4 mile run, 15 L/R Scissor sit ups
    10 wall ball w/ 20lb, 10 DB Push press w/25 lb dumbells - 18.21
