Pullups: 5/10/15/20/15/10/5. Use same bodyweight!
Post your weight for the last 5 reps. Compare to 10.02.02
Dessert.
Single arm Dumbbell/Kettlebell push press with 20% body weight. 3 sets max reps each set per arm.
