Front Squat & Dips: 10.03.23

Front Squats and Dips: not for time. Long rest between sets.

Front Squats:
20 with empty bar
15 with 1/3 body weight
10 with 1/2 body weight
5 with 2/3 body weight
Single front squat - keep going until failure. Post weight for 1 RM for the last successful squat.

Alternate each set with 8 ring dips.
